There is an ongoing influx of well done videos shot by climbers and/or people interested in climbing and adventure. I am now regretting purchasing the Canon T1i instead of the T2i, or now even the T3i, due to the difference in 1080p video. All shoot True HD @ 1920x1080 resolution, however, the T1i does it at 20fps whereas the T2/3i perform this task at 30fps. For the fluidity of motion, at least 30fps is preferred.

Some videos filmed with the Canon 5D Mark II are absolutely stunning. Here are a few of my favorites (not all are restricted to climbing):
